If you want to purchase Luxe crowd control barriers and ropes and you are located outside of the United States, please follow these instructions. Luxe Stanchions® are in Dubai, Niagara Falls, Canada and other locations around the world.
IMPORTANT! – No Exceptions on International Orders
- Payment in full is due up front via direct deposit or ACH before we will process your order
- No Refunds on International Orders once the order ships
- No Returns on International Orders once the order ships unless we shipped the incorrect items
- No Cancellations on ropes or custom orders prior to shipment
STEP 1
- Make a map of your layout and measuring it twice. Order and extra post and rope if you are in doubt. Paying for shipping on one order all together is cheaper than paying for a second round of shipping on one or two more posts.
- Make sure to account for gaps, open sections and other configurations in your layout.

WE NEED THE FOLLOWING DETAILS to ACCURATELY QUOTE YOU
- Post color & quantity
- Do you want inlays or will you be inserting your own? We recommend using a local company that does custom printed wraps so you can change out as needed. The inlays we install are permanent!
- ROPES: Color, quantity, rope type and lengths (recommended maximum length is 8ft)

STEP 3
- We will provide you with quote on your stanchions and ropes NOT including shipping cost.
- We will provide you with estimated dimensions and weight of your order so YOU can get a shipping quote. (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)
- After you receive our product quote and you get your estimated shipping quotes, sign your estimate and we will send an invoice with payment details
- Once payment has been received into our account, we will process your order providing updates throughout the process.
- We will notify you of a pick up date at our warehouse and provide you with the updated weight and dimension details you will need to schedule pick up and shipping.
PAYMENTS
- Payment in full due up front please. Payments are made in USD. Exchange rate difference will be calculated on invoice.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (1) : Direct deposit required on International. $35.00 bank transaction fee applies
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (2) : except for Canada, you will need to find a freight forwarder based in the United States. We will ship to your freight forwarder. You, the purchaser/buyer, are responsible for all customs fees, duty fees, taxes, etc from that point on.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (3) : NO refunds or returns on international orders
INTERNATIONAL ORDER EXAMPLE (USA to DUBAI):
- On September 1st, a customer in Dubai contacted us for a quote and provided the required details mentioned above. This order required ropes from another supplier so their was a short lead time for this.
- After going back and forth with multiple questions for few days which includes the 11 hour time difference between our time zone and Dubai, they settled on a rope color and type so we could proceed with the official product quote.
- The customer made the deposit via wire transfer and once it appeared in our account, we proceeded to order their non-refundable ropes and also proceeded to build the stanchions.
- So you are aware… during this process, we found flaws in a couple of our posts and sent these back to powder coat instead of sending them overseas with flaws. This delayed things by a couple days but we were still on track to deliver these in time for their grand opening.
- Once we received the posts back from powder coat, we finished the build, packed and palleted the order on a plastic export pallet, and took measurements. We passed on the details to the customer and they scheduled shipping through their logistics provider, UFS Cargo & Clearing DMCC. The next day, a Fedex Express truck made the pick up at our warehouse. Two days after that, the customer sent me pictures of the barriers already set up in their restaurant.
